Tha Curlcode is a FOR PROFIT company & as a client obsessed individual, we always make sure to prioritize Quality & Efficiency 🔐🔐 👇🏾Booking Agreement 👇🏾 Cancellations: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a service fee as outlined below. To cancel an Appointment please provide a notice by texting or calling 619-305-9743 at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly & offer the time slot to other clients. 2. Minimum Hair Length: A minimum hair length of 4 inches is required for all hair-related appointments. Please ensure your hair meets this requirement before booking any services. Yes that’s correct ! The purpose of the minimum hair length requirement is to ensure that the stylist can create a style that is comfortable for you and also allows for a more sustainable result. 3. No Call No Show: This results in 100% of the service fee being charged. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the client's provided payment method, or put on notice until client pays fee in full. You will not be able to book with me again until that charge is paid off . For Late Cancellations the charge is also 50% of the service. No excuses . . 4. Late Fee: A late fee of $15 will be charged for clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment. This fee will be added to the total bill for the services rendered. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled 5. Same day appointments or after hours appointments require a 50$ fee . The latest start time for protective styles is 4 pm. Anything starting later is considered after hours Please note that these policies are in place to ensure fair treatment of all our clients and to optimize our scheduling. CANCELLATION POLICY
A 100% service fee will be charged for clients who cancel their appointments outside of the 24 hour window or no call no shows . This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the client's provided payment method.
